Untangling the web

Ideas

Many business are too close to the problem to see what’s happening, are too mired in history or don’t have the experience to see opportunities. This is where KnowKnot comes in. In this section there are some examples of my thinking around web products and their implementation. Many ideas focus on engaging the user, structuring content and leveraging a brand’s assets. To get the best outcomes, you need to think both linearly for organic growth, and think outside the box – laterally – for generational change.
